Before you book an appointment
Most private clinics need a booking, for example the ear clinic, travel vaccinations and weight management. However, many NHS services do not. For example, you can simply pop in for Pharmacy First advice on common conditions, which is free through NHS Pharmacy First Scotland.
Useful to know before your visit
- Weight loss consultations are only charged once the pharmacist confirms treatment is suitable
- Most travel vaccines are in stock, so you can usually have them at the same visit
